Our REO services include inspection, necessary securing, maintenance, management and regular reporting. We ensure that your property is maintained in compliance with local ordinances and furnish opinions of value if requested.

Our broker's experience includes contract property management for the Atlanta FHA Regional Office's HUD foreclosures in Gwinnett and Dekalb counties. We are ready to take on your assignments in residential or commercial property.

We partner with HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac approved contractors as well as local contractors and appraisers. BPO's are available in-house for residential (1-4 unit) and multifamily (5+units) property and we will arrange value opinions on other commercial property types from qualified sources.

Our company has access to local and national Multiple Listing Systems for both residential and commercial property disposition. We also actively sell REO residential and commercial property.
