Investors can also let us know what they're looking for and can be informed automatically when a new property matching their parameters hits the market.  They can define property type, locations desired, and price range and will automatically immediately receive  an email when a  matching property becomes available on the multiple listing system.

Our broker has 20+ years experience in Metro Atlanta residential and commercial real estate and will  work with beginning or experienced investors to define their strategy and assist in locating and acquiring those properties.  We work as a Buyers Agent for our investors at no cost to them.

With all of the foreclosures in the present economy, the REO market is red hot.  Investors should be poised to move quickly when an opportunity arises.  We help our clients to be ready to act to pursue foreclosures, short sales and other acquisition strategies.  

A recent survey by us determined that the average number of days on the market (DOM) for a particular single family price range averaged 15 days.  This time period includes offer, negotiation and going to contract, so the window for getting the offer in is considerably shorter than that average.
